FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.  Chicago, Illinois, August 15, 2009.   OnShore Technology Group, leading provider of RightSourcing solutions in Chicago announced today that its CEO, Valarie King-Bailey, has been selected to participate in the Chicago Urban League's NextONE Program.  The nextONE program  is a competitive nine-month program designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential African American-owned firms.  nextONE participants will receive one-on-one business assessments from industry-specific consultants, business coaches, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  In addition, the Chicago Urban League staff supports nextONE participants by facilitating meetings with procurement officers and supplier diversity professionals within target client organizations.

Upon completion of the nextONE program, all participants will continue receiving support from Entrepreneurship Center staff and consultants on a quarterly basis, as well as on-going communication about events, news and business client opportunities. nextONE participants will also be featured on nextTV.  nextTV is a weekly, 30-minute television news and entertainment program with broad-based appeal for Chicago’s African-American community and beyond.
