The focus of the FIRST BUSINESS interview was to discuss the effect of stimulus dollars (American Reinvestment and Recovery Act) on small business.  During the interview, Ms. King-Bailey discussed how her business strategy is changing and her desire to help create new jobs in Illinois.  Commenting on the interview Ms. King-Bailey said "...our nation is in a severe economic crisis and all businesses large and small are affected.  We believe the spirit of stimulus funding is to among other things jump start businesses to encourage hiring.  We are positioning ourselves to take full advantage of both commercial and government opportunities..."
